One thing you can say about Chillicothe, Ohio is that our city is home to some great characters!
When Bishop Flaget School Principal Laura Corcoran announced closure of the school due to extreme cold and snow, she “brought the funk” by dancing to Mark Ronson’s and Bruno Mars’ No. 1 hit “Uptown Funk.”
